I like this quote True leaders learn from their mistakes...I think this is so true because to truly be a great leader you have to learn from your mistakes and work to change or improve upon the mistakes made. I think this definitely applies to the field of early childhood because children like to see their teachers make mistakes, but that their teachers learn from those mistakes. This sets a good example for the children that it is okay to make mistakes, but learn from your mistakes.
